Breakfast was delightful with a great selection to choose from, fabulous coffee and plenty of it. Would love to return one day

Loved Courmayeur, the place, the people, the food.
Loved Courmayeur, the place, the people, the food. Such a pretty centre and lovely restaurants up the mountain. A fairly small ski area, so 4 days of skiing was enough here. Will definitely come back here for a weekend, but not for a week.

Skiing: high so plenty of snow, in good condition.
Skiing: high so plenty of snow, in good condition. Mosy of the lifts were reasonably quick. Very little queuing when we were there. Lots of potential for off piste. Most of the blue runs were linking paths rather than enjoyable pistes. Nice reds and blacks. Relatively small area, but if you have a car La Thuile is nearby.
Weather wasn't great so didn't go up the Skyway.

I have visited Courmeyour 2 or 3 times over the years.
I have visited Courmeyour 2 or 3 times over the years. It has definitely gone 'up market' with a lot of boutique shops and bars appearing since I was last here, However, if you are looking for reasonably priced pizza/pasta/burgers etc there are plenty of restaurants that deliver. I went low season and the town was quite quiet. One of two bars that had a bit of life but not a 'party' town.
After skiing in Austria for the last 10 years or so, I found things like the beer, ski hire and ski pass quite expensive. Its definitely cheaper than the other side of the valley in Chamonix though.

The town centre is beautiful with lots of shops.
Unfortunately, everything was expensive: restaurants, shops & food. There is only one tiny supermarket which is almost impossible to find. It seats in a hidden place. No proper signage to find it.

Courmayeur is a pretty Italian town located underneath the Mont Blanc massif with a charming centre only slightly spoilt by the presence of the Aosta valley motorway which runs through the Mont Blanc tunnel. There are several restaurants in the town centre and good shopping. Apart from skiing there are many mountain walks in the area as well as the unmissable Skyway Monte Bianco.
We had a wonderful stay at TH Courmayeur! The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble and we especially valued the restaurant staff who were very professional and welcoming to us and our children. The rooms were spotless and the facilities of the hotel are great. We enjoyed swimming and using the spa. The quality of the food was very high and we enjoyed it all. Access to the Val Veny lift is a real plus and we hired and stored our skis at Savoye Sport at the top of the lift which was really easy and the equipment was fab quality.
EVERYTHING!!!
The hotel is very cute, the design is old fashioned but in a good way, while the rooms are a bit more modern. The room was super comfortable and clean, with perfect view.
The stuff are very welcoming and you are constantly spoiled with the greatest service.
Breakfast was great and the restaurant is fabulous - excellent food and service.
The spa was super fun, with sauna and wormed pool, with the most amazing view of the mountains.
Probably the best experience I have ever had in a hotel.
The hotel is located on the Val Ferret, further from the city center of Courmayeur. Free buses run every 15-20 minutes, so either the sky lift or the central parts of Courmayeur are easily accessible. The breakfast is plentiful, the coffee is delicious. You can also ask for dinner, it's worth asking, because they cook well, and the city center is far away, the last buses come back to the mountain at half past seven at the latest. Very quiet place, wonderful panoramic garden. We also saw a fox :)
We stayed one night during the week in off-season, so the room was a good deal. Location is perfect - just a short 5 min walk through the village of Dolonne to the lift and a 10 min walk to the town-centre of Courmayeur for an evening stroll. We arrived in the evening (to get an early start on skiing the next morning) and had a great dinner at the Hotel. The Hotel and staff were very welcoming and the everything feels very homely.
Wonderful hotel on the TMB and in a very central location just off the pedestrian zone.
Friendly welcome and efficient service from Lorenza and her team. Room spotless and spacious with the best shower we've had on this trip. Breakfast buffet excellent. The piece de resistance was the garden - a fab place to relax, sunbathe and have a drink. Hope to be back again soon for hiking or skiing!
Excellent hotel overall; have given a positive review because (1) location - lovely old building built into the rock overlooking a stream. 5m walk from Dolonne Telecabin that takes you up to the main ski areas and 10m walk from Courmayeur centre. (2) The staff (especially Elly) were lovely and super helpful. Room was great (had a triple room but only 2 of us) as was the breakfast.
cosy hotel with lovely friendly helpful staff. great restaurant and shuttle bus to the ski lift. lovely cocktails in the bar. easy walking distance to the pedestrianised centre of town with bars, shops and restaurants. We loved the private booking system for the small spa (due to covid but should continue). we felt very welcome and looked after by the kind staff.
It is a beautiful Alpine lodge with a beautiful history that the staff shared with us. It is a perfect location to get around town and to the bus station. We had a lovely balcony and plenty of space in the room. The staff provided a lot of great recommendations. I would stay here again, but hopefully there would be better snow for skiing next time!
Feels good to reinforce the already high ratings of this one-of-a-kind property. Megan and Rafael have created a truly unique hotel with far more character than anywhere else in Courmayeur. Recommend the top floor room if available, with its epic slate rooftop views and Monte Bianco looming large above. Truly outstanding in every regard.
The hotel was nice, a bit older and well used but acceptable. The hotel was clean and well run. It seemed predominantly a ski hotel. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. All in all - a good experience, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We were on the TMB and walking, but if you had a car, it was very close to town.
Really nice hotel on the edge of the pedestrianised zone of town, well suited for summer or winter sports. Rooms are small but perfectly formed with balcony to most rooms. Spa is available Free of Charge for guests but you have to book it in advance - well worth doing if you are hiking or skiing all day. Good breakfast
The best part of the whole stay was the large breakfast they had in the morning. We loved all the options! The location is also excellent and within walking distance of good restaurants and the old part of Courmayeur.
Everything was great. Excellent location to the ski lift. Short walk into the center of town. Breakfast was also very good - many choices. Free parking close to the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I'm
The hotel facilities are nice except for the spa which is substandard both in terms of space and layout and in terms of staff for a hotel that calls itself 5 star (the person spoke no English).
Lovely cosy clean hotel, very helpful staff. Fabulous views from hotel , lovely outdoor seating area. 5 min walk to main ski lift, 10 min walk to the town. Ideal ski location
Perfect little B&B for a few days of skiing. Comfy spacious rooms, well located, good value, lots of choice at breakfast, ski room to store equipment and friendly staff.
