The room was clean and tidy and had all the amenities required. The wifi was good. It is in a good neighborhood with a lot of restaurant options nearby. It also as a small balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood.

The property is located in a good and quiet area (it’s not so loud like in the centre). Only 10 min from centre with bus. The rooms are big enough and cleanly , the host is gentle and very friendly. Alessandro is always open to communicate with guests, serves an excellent breakfast and there is a daily room cleaning. We will visit him for sure again!

It was our best experience accommodation in Rome. Alessandro is a fantastic host, he contacted us in advance helping with directions and advising the public transport to reach the B&B Rome town. He also gave us advice on the best places for dinner and how to get around Rome. Breakfast was served at the requested time and accordingly to our preference. We had breakfast on a balcony with a lovely view of the surroundings.

Of course, the owner is the own who makes this place incredible. Alessandro is very hospitable and helpful. He gives directions, advices, recommends best shops and sights if you are lost. It was a true pleasure to get to know him. The rooms is cozy, has a mini bar, air conditioning (soooo helpful in hot rome). Great bathroom and a balcony is lovely. Breakfast was simple but tasty and enough. You can choose from a few options. Also the yard near the building is gorgeous. Alessandro takes care of everything by himself. So it really feels extra hospitable. Also everything was clean and well maintained. Totally recommend staying there.

This place was great! If you are looking for a nice place close to Vatican for a great money, this is for you. Alessandro contacted us days befofe our arrival and helped us to reach RomeTown from airport. Our room was fresh and clean and we also got a balcony, so we did breakfasts there - amazing start of your day before exploring streets of Rome. Alessandro gave us a map and showed us where bus and metro stations are, where to eat, where to shop, everything. We never experienced such service, it is incredible how Alessandro cares for his hosts to feel welcomed. We recommend this place for 100%!
