Wakoshi Tobu is a pleasant hotel on the suburb of Tokyo, directly next to the metro and railroad stops. Great access but expect Downtown Tokyo to travel 40-50 minutes. The room is pleasant and well equipped, cleaned every day and slightly more spacious than average Japanese hotel rooms where you are not able to open larger suitcase. The staff is kind and helpful and there are many shops and restaurants nearby.

staff were very friendly and they understand English well, which was great for us. The location is really easy for us to travel into the centre of Tokyo cause it's right above the station. The hotel was nice and they had free coffee in the lobby. They had the coin laundry which was great for us.

The location was good, you practically just needed to go upstairs once you got to the station. Lots of eateries nearby. Service was very good and room was more spacious than the average hotel here in Japan.

Amazing staff and great location! Just by the Wakoshi station, it is ideal to take the rail into Tokyo and easy to commute if you're working. It has a nice space to work with your computer, with a coffee machine. The room is recent, spacious and very clean. Would stay here again!

Good value for the money; the hotel provides you with everything you need. One particular thing, which might not be too important for everyone but the toilets are Toto brand, which in my opinion is the superior one in comparison to the other brands in other hotels.

Had a pleasant experience staying in this hotel. The room is quite spacious considering it's Japan, props to the staffs for keeping the room clean each day, they even changed the towel regularly. Free coffee, amenities, and there's also a coin laundry. The staffs are all welcoming and helpful, they assisted me with the Kuro Neko (luggage transport service) to transfer my luggage and the coin laundry. Not to mention, the location is just so strategic, surrounded by convenient stores, restaurants, cafes, and connected to the subway station.

The hotel is brand new well maintained with nice common area. The staff was very polite and service provided is efficient. The location of hotel is just above the Wakoshi train station. Connection to Tokyo from here is perfect and takes about 15 min to reach city center with Japan rail line. There are range of breakfast, lunch and dinner option available around. For business of leisure trip I highly suggest to visit the site.

The hotel is right next to the Wakoshi subway station and walkable to supermarket, Family Mart, Lawson, restaurants and shops. Staff at reception is so helpful to confirm and arrange on our behalf with the train company to send back a lost bag from Hokkaido. Very helpful and friendly.
