The private onsen in our room was perfectly set up and extremely worthwhile for anyone with tattoos or traveling with another gender who would otherwise be separated in the public onsens! Buffet for dinner and breakfast were amazing with a wide variety of tasty foods. The room with amenities provided were excellent for my family and I! What stood out to me the most was the kind and hardworking staff! There was an issue with my luggage delivery and they made sure to handle that despite all the time it took. They did an amazing job and I appreciate them so much!
