Clean, convenient. Breakfast and AEON mall downstairs. Parking was 8000 Yen / day. Staff was very professional. There was onsen and coin laundry too. Common area is also very good for relaxing. Affordable.

Great location - right above JR Asahikawa and an Aeon mall, with a shopping street right across the road. Staff was welcoming and lovely as well, allowed us to keep our luggages there before check-in and after checkout.

I really feel good that I booked to stay here. The location is very good, very easy to go to the zoo and the santa present park ski area, and the mall is just here. The breakfast is excellent I love hot chocolate and ochasuke. The fantastic view room is very clean and comfy. The price is very good too. The public bath is also very good.

Great location in the centre of town! Clean and comfortable rooms that aren't tiny; probably 30% bigger than an equivalent APA room, for reference. Staff and facilities were outstanding. The on-site onsen and guest lounge were excellent additions; very handy after skiing all day! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic location, connected to the mall and train station. Bus stop to Asahiyama Zoo just outside. Very nice looking lobby, has a reading lounge with drinks and and onsen.

The hotel is right next to the JR station, so a fantastic location. Had to pay about $8 AUD/day to park our car underneath. The hotel seemed newly renovated and was very cool. We loved our room - great view out over the station and square in front, especially with the night lights, and the bathroom was excellent with a separate basin area. Toyota-renta-car very close by. Easy city to drive around. We were very pleasantly surprised!

Very modern. All staff spoken with had very good English. Shower pressure and hot water great, location very convenient adjoining the aeon mall and jr station which made finding dinner, shopping for souvenirs and leaving for the train all very easy. Laundry provided was good - a new looking machine and did washing and drying for us for 400Y. Bed quite soft by Japanese standards and they have pillow selection available although we didn't need it. We had a comfortable sleep. The lounge area was comfortable and had a fantastic view of the JR station building. The amenities selection was also good.
