The hotel was extremely easy to find and so accessible to the Yamamote Line. The staff are exceptionally helpful and it had a great laundry. We had 2 interconnecting rooms, and while cosy they are comfortable and have everything you need. Also the restaurant made fantastic coffee and fresh food.

The hotel has very cozy rooms and great facilities. It is close to the circle line and has a tasty well-balanced breakfast, I really loved the concept. We enjoyed our stay a lot, and would definitely stay again if we visit Tokyo!

Cool concept, but that set of stairs from the station Ugusuidanj was a pain in the arse. There is a lift but it’s always packed. Otherwise accomodation is close to the station, it’s nice inside the rooms

The hotel is conveniently located in the Ueno area, with close proximity to the train station and multiple bus stops. It offers excellent connectivity to Ginza and the Sky Tree area. However, the room, especially the toilet, is on the smaller side. The limited space makes it a bit challenging to wash hands comfortably. Despite this, the room is cozy and comfortable, providing a great view of the Sky Tree. The breakfast is well-organized, offering a fixed main meal option (rice or toast). Guests can customize their meal with three condiments of their choice and one sauce. Additionally, there's a choice of one juice and one hot drink.

Location is a 5 min walk to train station Lovely lobby Breakfast limited selection but done well. Value for money Rooms were very small but v clean with modern furnishing Pillows are firm and a good height, not like most hotels where the pillows are just too soft or flat

Landabout is very central to Ueno Park and environs. The transport was easy once we worked out the system and which turn to make when leaving the train station. The breakfast was delicious. The staff helpful and friendly and the room was very comfortable. The design of the bathroom was impressive. We loved the design and use of space. The laundry was easy to access.We enjoyed the night view from the roof to Tokyo tower.
