My husband and I stayed for 5 nights at the start of our Japan trip, and I liked the hotel so well, I returned for one night on my own at the end. Very efficient, accommodating staff at checkin and checkout. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. I loved the hotel's central location in Ginza and especially the little cafe on the main floor where we could relax at any time of the day. I enjoyed the feature on their menu which included the thick bacon sandwich, salad and soup. Really tasty!

Very nice location in the middle of Ginza. Walkable to all the train station near by and also great restaurants. Nice for thinking about shopping in Tokyo because most of shops are in this area for sure.

So comfortable, square hotel was so clean and pretty. I used the public bath which was amazing. Last minute upgrade to the double bed room, so spacious. The bathroom is so amazing. I’ve put on no disturb signs everyday as I prefer my room not to be touched during my stay; cleaners left clean towels at my door everyday.

This hotel was unique in a number of ways. The reception is situated behind a coffee shop, so this could be confusing if you did not read the description of the hotel prior. The hotel boasts of its environmental sensitivity and so amenities are self served. This could be inconvenient when you have to travel up and down the lifts to pick up shampoo or soap. There are no carpet in the hotel room which makes is a little less homely than normal but unique. There are 2 different entrances to the hotel. This makes it quite convenient to the nearest train station, one of which is literally only a few metres away. It is on the whole a comfortable and convenient hotel.
