Snow removal equipment is propped up on the building side of the parking lot. *Please note that smoking is not allowed in this room. If you smoke here we will charge you the extra fee 30000JPY as a cleaning fee. Do not change the PIN number of the key box that contains the key. If we are unable to open the lock, we will charge you 5,500 yen to open, replace, and install the lock. [Required information]　 Each lodger's name, nationality, address, occupation, their passport number and a copy of their passport is required by the law in Japan. Please send us the above information and a photo of each person’s passport page with their name, passport number, and face photo by your check-in day. Please note that we will not be able to provide you with the key information necessary for check-in if the above information is not submitted.
