Edaala means "home" and true to its name, Edaala Comfort cottages provide real home away from home comfort. There are three 2-bedroom cottages are set within a private residential compound with a rustic theme of a mixture of African Architecture with a contemporary feel.
Each cottage can accommodate 4 adults. Each room in the cottage has a private bathroom, with a shower in one and a luxurious bath tub/shower in the other. Both rooms open into a shared lounge cum kitchenette which offer simplicity and beautifully furnished with modern gadgets. The cottage has a patio and opens into beautiful gardens.
There is an option of booking the whole two-bedroom cottage or just a room, if the whole cottage is not required. When only one room is booked, the entrance, lounge/kitchenette and patio will be shared with the guests in the other room. If extreme privacy is vital, then booking the whole cottage will offer you just that.
In addition to the cottages, Edaala Comfort also offers an option of 5 bed & breakfast en-suite rooms in a bungalow that is situated in the same compound. For more information about these rooms, search for Edaala B&B.
Wake up to chirping birds and sweet aroma from tropical plants. If its adventure, relaxation, getaway, exploration or family, then you will find it in our cottages that offers both both privacy and comfort. Guests in the cottage also have access to a fitness centre/gym and barbecue facilities which are onsite. If you are lucky and fruits are in season, you could enjoy a variety of tropical fruits at breakfast, such as, guavas, loquats, berries, bananas, mangoes, oranges, lemons and a variety of organic herbs.

Jane and Bernard, the hosting couple, are retired empty-nesters ready to welcome you to Edaala Comfort, providing a homely feel with utmost privacy . Our two children have moved out to their own places.
As a family, we loved travelling and exploring the world, and of course making new friends. In our retirement from formal employment, we strive to use our past experience to create some little comfort for our guests. We still love meeting people and sharing their joy as they explore this side of the world.
The cottages are perfectly serene, situated in a lush residential neighbourhood, graced with harmonious melody from birds gracing the fresh air.
Situated in the suburbs just 12 km from Nairobi Central Business Centre. Wilson Airport is 8.8 km away. A stone throw away from major attractions like Giraffe Centre, Ngong Hills, Botanical Gardens, David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, Karen Blixen Museum, Matbroze Art Museum, Animal Orphanage and Nairobi National Park.
Explore a variety of cuisines in nearby restaurants, such as, Boho Eateries, Tin Roof Cafe, Artcaffe, Cultiva Farm, Karen Blixen - Tamambo and many more in the nearby shopping malls. During the night, enjoy sitting in the garden under moonlight and full of sweet smell of flowers such as 'queen of the night' and listen to chants of night-life animals such as hyenas from nearby Nairobi National Park.
The leafy residential neighbourhood is safe and secure. Easy transport access by online taxis services such as Uber and Bolt. Free packing area is provided.
