Location is by far the best thing about this hotel: short walk to Seoul's 3 main attractions: Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village and to the metro stops. Moreover, you are in Insadong, an amazing suburb with so many good restaurants and shops. Reception was good and accommodated all our requests (travel adaptor, taxi etc).

Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre and sauna facilities. Apartments are spacious and well-equipped to provide all the comfort of home. They feature wooden flooring, and luxurious décor and furnishings. They have a DVD player, ironing facilities and a washing machine. All rooms are controlled by central cooling and heating system. Orakai Insadong Suites, is only a 10-minute walk from Jogyesa Temple. There are various restaurants and traditional teahouses around the hotel. Incheon International Airport is an hour away.

•Facility Information:
- The swimming pool operating from 09:00 to 20:00 (with a break from 12:00 to 13:00) and closed on the second Tuesday of each month.
- Housekeeping is available on weekdays only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Please note that dishwashing services are not included.
• Booking Restrictions:
- Orakai Insadong Suites do not accept bookings for quarantine purposes.
• Early Check-Out Policy:
- No refund for stays less than 2 nights.
- For stays between 3-14 days, notify the hotel at least 2 days in advance for an early check-out; otherwise, no refund will be provided.
