The cottage is a wooden house built in tropical style, surrounded by a well-kept garden. The house is composed of two double bedrooms, one single bed room, equipped with cooling fans and mosquito nets, bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen and two verandas with dining and relaxing area. From the bigger veranda you can enjoy the amazing view overlooking Rodney bay in the relaxing area with a very comfortable hammock. In the common areas you can enjoy: BBQ area in the tropical garden and a beautiful 360 roof terrace with sun chairs, sunset aperitive corner overlooking Rodney Bay Marina , Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. ​ Wi-Fi, housekeeping , laundry service and Parking are included We also offer jeep for rent and island tours!
At the Italian Guesthouse you can relax admiring the beautiful sunset on the Caribbean Sea enjoying the charming tropical garden. The main street with: bus stop and taxi stop, bars, restaurants, gas station, food market , boat marinas , scuba diving docks and all the facilities are only 1 mile (1,5 km) far away from the guesthouse. The property is just 2 km from Gros Islet Beaches and Cas en Bas Kite and surfing area, and 4 km away from Pigeon Island National Park. Cricket International Stadium and Golf Club are a 3-minute drive away. The road joining the property to the Gros Islet junction and the street Party Village was completely paved in May 2017 by the gouvernement. This distance can be covered in 15 minutes by foot.
