We were very pleased with all of the exceptional attention we received from the friendly & accommodating staff.
We had to move from our original room due to difficulty in walking long distances to the lobby. The staff gave us an excellent room to move into, closer to the entertainment, the restaurant & the lobby.
We were very satisfied.

Loved the location of the hotel - we could walk to the beach and walk to some great restaurants. We loved our balcony off of our room where we could sit and chat, read, meditate. They provided yoga mats in the rooms so that I could do a few stretches on my own before starting the day. The folks at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing information for getting to places, and giving us ideas on where to explore and where to eat etc..

Really incredible resort with the most lush facilities, helpful staff, delicious food, and impeccable service. Everyone who worked here was so kind and wanted to make things as smooth as possible for the guests, which we really appreciated. We had such a relaxing dream vacation! We did the day sail excursion which was organized so effortlessly by Nick, which was wonderful.
The gym was great and loved the classes, the drinks were fabulous, and we enjoyed every meal we had there. Huge shoutout to Jason at Upper Deck restaurant who was absolutely lovely, as was our personal ambassador Roti. Being able to explore different restaurants each evening while having the flexibility of choice for lunch was great. Highly recommend every visitor go all inclusive - the drinks menu prices just don’t make sense otherwise!

Check in was great and front desk staff were always nice. Breakfast was amazing, and the sweet lady that made my omelets was so sweet. Garden view room was amazing, but I loved it the most because I could get away from the loud, nonstop club music. Cleanliness was excellent and the water pressure in the bathroom shower was amazing!

Best part of the island!
Best part of the island! Long difficult road to drive from the airport- about 40 miles but takes about two hours. Do not recommend driving the pothole ridden and steep roads during dark. Gros Islet is absolutely beautiful- very laid back, relaxing, safe, and had everything you need for a great family vacation. All beaches are public access, so you can go to any "resort" beach as long as you do not use the beach furniture or umbrellas- they cannot kick you off the beach.

The area near and around Bay Gardens Beach Resort was a very good area. Lots of amenities at this Resort and the staff was excellent. My only concern were the food portions. As an adult I'd like adult portions instead of kid portions at mealtime. Aside from that, this is a GREAT Resort to vacation at. The Water Park in front of the Resort was definitely a plus for the people with kids. I didn't use the Park but if I were traveling with my family who has kids, they would've been out in the water at the Park from early in the morning to late at night.

Enjoy it a lot felt like a home away from home .
Enjoy it a lot felt like a home away from home . Angelika made me felt very welcome and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. IE taking me around when needed and if she couldn’t put me on to the people or person who could . Mark also gave me the sense that there was no task you could not ask of him . Didn’t need to because the place and my stay was perfect
The hotel was beautiful and super clean! The bedroom was a great size with a large bed and lovely balcony window which let lots of light in. The breakfast was also very tasty, lots of choice with hot and cold foods including a chef preparing your own choice of omelette. Location was good a short walk to Rodney Bay and some restaurants and bars near by. Easy to get picked up from the hotel for various trips if necessary
everything. You cannot fault this hotel. It is a really special gem on the island. The staff are exceptional, the food is wonderful, the beach and location is idyllic, the pool is really well tended to as are the grounds and don’t get me started on the rum punch and excellent coffee! Plus they really took care of us all and went above and beyond when Storm Brett happened.
Breakfast was succulent and healthy, served from 7:30 am (island time) to 10 am, staff was amazing 5 min walking from the beach and restaurants. Quieter spot in Gros Islet and away from the major all inclusive resorts and mass tourism. The course (yoga, pilates etc.) were accessible and wit excellent teachers, perfect for beginners as well as more advanced participants
This hotel is not what they advertise, They have a serious mold issue and the rooms were not well kept. The swim out pools was not clean and the sun chairs were dirty, They came to the room the same day to clean it. The room should have been cleaned before we got there. Very disappointed!!
Overall quality off accommodation / facilities is excellent.
Travelling round St Lucia takes much more time than expected and the roads are not straightforward for driving so it is important to have identified what the holiday plan is, wherever on St Lucia one is staying.
