We loved the entire experience of being looked after by the owner Nilantha and Elizabeth and all the staff in such a lovely way but also being in such a simple and authentic environment. The dinner under the stars was standout. The food was great. The great conversations were so wonderful. The whole day safari was something we will always remember. So much care and passion from Nilantha and our driver. We absolutely loved it.

First ask yourself what is the reason you want to be here - if you are here for the nature alone, Nilantha is the best person you can stay with and who you SHOULD take as a guide with you to the safari. He has a degree in biology , fluent English and knows so much about the local fauna and flora so a full day safari doesn’t get boring (which I can imagine can if you only take a driver with you). He is a true believer in ecotourism and is giving back to local communities. If you are here for a fancy dinner and facilities, go somewhere else. This is a simple stay in the jungle. And one more thing to add - your guide is not responsible for how many animals you’ll see BUT we were lucky and he for sure knows some spots where they MIGHT appear. And last but not least- Nilantha is a great and nice person we had a chance to meet :)

Magst du die Natur und dessen Tiere (auch die kleinen wie zb frösche) und brauchst keinen Luxus? Dann bist du in dieser Unterkunft richtig! Das Zelt ist sehr einfach ausgestattet und hat dein einten oder anderen kleinen Defekt. Das leckere Abendessen unter dem Sternenhimmel und die vielen Tiergeräusche in der Nacht, machen diese Unterkunft aber zu einem sehr schönen Erlebnis. Der Besitzer und sein Mitarbeiter sind soo lieb und hilfsbereit, weshalb man sich hier rund um wohl fühlt.

Svært spennende omgivelser med naturen som nærmeste nabo. Personalet var bevisste på å yte god service og vi følte oss godt ivaretatt både med tanke på overnatting, mat og aktiviteter. Vi fikk tilrettelagt de aktivitetene vi ønsket etter tips fra personalet, som i tillegg var med som guide. Eieren har mye kunnskap om naturen og dyrene som gjorde hele opplevelsen veldig lærerik.

La totale immersione nella natura, eravamo soli nell’unica super tenda con letto confortevole e abbiamo cenato all’aperto con le luci delle torce ad olio e del grande fuoco acceso per noi sotto un cielo immenso: indimenticabile!!! La cordialità e la professionalità del proprietario e dello staff sono un ulteriore valore aggiunto all’esperienza: hanno organizzato ed esaudito ogni nostra richiesta.

Consigliato per chiunque voglia provare un "alloggio" diverso dal solito! La tenda é molto spaziosa e la notte si possono sentire tutti i versi degli animali nelle vicinanze. É possibile richiedere anche la cena sotto le stelle con falò e lanterne!
