Please inform Eraeliya Villas & Gardens in advance of your expected arrival time if you are arriving after 10 PM. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Please note the below child policy:

For Superior Suite - children under the age of 12 are not allowed .Driver Accommodation is not available at our property. For King Suite - children under the age of 6 are not allowed. Other villas - all children above 2 years old are welcome.

Please note:

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note hotel will charge deposit on credit card indicated at the time of booking:

50% no later than 90 days before arrival for stay dates 21 Dec- 7 Jan

50% no later than 45 days before arrival for stay dates 8 Jan - 15 Apr

50% no later than 30 days before arrival for stay dates 16 Apr - 9 May, 16 Jul - 25 Aug, 1 Nov - 20 Dec

50% no later than 15 days before arrival for stay dates 10 May - 15 Jul, 26 Aug - 31 Oct

For bookings exceeding USD 2,500 hotel may contact the guest and request other deposit conditions.

Please note that the property does not have a bar at the premises. However, guests may bring their own alcohol with them for consumption at the villa and the butlers will serve it to them.
