Hotel with elephants was an incredible experience! We had an amazing holiday surrounded by beautiful elephants which created an amazing atmosphere. The service was impeccable and the opportunity to interact with the elephants was a real bonus. A unique experience that I will never forget!

Staff very helpful, starting the pickup at the airport until the checkout. Great breakfast with even better view - absolutely amazing. Recommend as one of the first spots on the way from the airport.

The room is just in front of water where elephants bath and chill. Everyday they come 8;30 AM (first 6 old ones) and 10:00 AM (rest of the group). If you come on bike or car there is a nice parking. Hotel is a little bit old but still good. Checkin is 4 PM or you can pay entrance ticket to checkin early (imo not worth it since you see main attraction in front of your room in the morning)

We had an amazing stay in Hotel Pinnalanda. The view is breathtaking! Breakfast was really good and the staff was so lovely and friendly. Especially Andrew (that’s how we called him) from the tour desk was such a lovely helpful guy! Thank you Andrew, you did a great job! But all the staff was amazing and made our holiday!! I can really recommend to also use the pool when the elephants are out, that was amazing!

Andrew and his staff are amazing. They were always helping us out with everything and they were taking care of us like family. The room is spacious, modern and clean with air conditioning. The kingsize bed is great. The shower is wonderfull with all the toiletteries.There is fast wifi. The location is great, near the river with a incredible view. Their breakfast is amazing and delicous. With the dinner there was live music. The pool is great and has an amazing view It was an unforgettable experience to see all the elephants Thank you all for a wonderfull stay 10 out of 10

Very magical place to stay! In the morning around 10am elephants come to the river! You can see them from balcony or your room! Elephants were happy and playful! We enjoyed this experience a lot! Staff were friendly as well!

It was truly amazing experience to stay in Pinnalanda hotel. All the « hotel basics » are good, so I won’t discribe it meticulously (the room is clean, bed is comfortable, small frige, teapot and all you light need is available). the main thing is the elephant entertainment - the balcony where the rooms are located provides spectacular viewpoint for watching the animals. Especially I want to mentions all the staff - they all are soooo kind, hearty and helpful. any situation you might come up with - they’ll help you with the smile. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of dishes: fresh-cooked omelette, hoppers, waffels, fruits, curd and so on.
