First of all the hotel location is very convenient as it’s in the middle of the city Nuwara Eliya. Their service is superb. All staff is very friendly and always in smiling face ready to help. The food is excellent, both sri lankan menu and English menu are very fresh & delicious. The room is in very good condition almost with the facilities of 5 star hotel. Hotel rooms and everything is as same as in the photos published and really worth for the price.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. From the second we arrived, the customer service was top class. Rooms Beautiful rooms, very clean and lovely decor. Meals Evening meal was a banquet fit for a king, where they cooked Everything we wanted to order, even food that was not on the menu. Breakfast was another feast, that set us up for the day. There were 9 of us and everyone would give this place 10/10. We would definitely come back here again.

Very clean and really well managed. Located below a large supermarket and set back off the main road a little out of town near the Nanu Oya road junction, so it is much quieter than being on the main road or being in town. Malinda and Steven are very attentive and genuinely interested in what you would like to do and will give you good suggestions about how to organise the best use of your time in Nuwara Eliya. Breakfasts (Sri Lankan or Western) on the balcony are filling and will set you up for a big day for what you plant to do. Evening meals are also available and very tasty. Malinda and Steven will offer suggestions for different Sri Lankan meals based on what is in season as well as what they have growing in their garden. A really top place.

Rooms were spacious including bathroom with excellent shower. There was a nice dining and seating area on ground floor. They arranged walking, a tour to Horton Plains and taxi to station. It was easy walk to town.
