The host was very welcoming and provided us with lots of great suggestions on where to eat in the Kandy area. The room and bathroom facilities were exceptionally clean and overall the hostel is positioned in a great location, only a 10 min walk from the station and 15 mins walk from Kandy Lake

We just stayed 1 night, but wouldn’t mind going back. The perfect location! We really enjoyed our stay! You get good value for money! It was very clean, the bathroom was all new and the shower was nice. There were two big fans in the rooms, which we thought was perfect. They have a rooftop with a beautiful view over Kandy city, also spacious enough to do a small morning workout. The host was very helpful and sweet! Remember to bring cash for payment at the property

I extended my stay here twice because I liked the kind and caring owners, the cleanliness of all rooms (bedroom and bathroom) and the nice rooftop where I would spend the hottest time of the day and also the evenings. Everyone in this family - father, mother and son - are giving their best to make the guests feel comfortable. Many times I was offered tea and even sri lankan food which was always homemade and very delicious. The location is also great. I could walk everywhere by foot. The bus and the train stations are very close. And even though the hostel is on a main road the rooms are quiet, so you can have an undisturbed sleep. The beds are comfortable and the sheets nice and clean. The rooms do not have any air conditioner but it felt never too hot. I even didn't need the fans. I had a great stay and can highly recommend this hostel!

Family owned business, super clean and nice rooms with a view over Kandy. Thank you for the good tips, explaining train and bus system to me, storing my luggage and telling me where to get the best Masala Dosas (Indian food). Also very nice TukTuk driver in front of the hostel with fair price.
