Developing glamping in Hella, Iceland, 2019/20 (paused). Not only we run the hotel development business, we do build our glamp houses and do make premium offer and solutions weather it's the business purpose or personal need and wish of a beautiful house to be owned. Since we fully equip houses we build, we do offer interior solutions, custom made furniture creations, textile offer and premium selection of well thought and detail touched product distribution and resale. Ragnar Glamp is international luxury hotel chain, located in two areas in Latvia and one in Iceland near Hella (paused). The first glamping site is located in Ērgļi, together with land owner Mr.Māris Olte, the second one in Koknese, where land owner Mr.Tomass Cīrulis hosts the premises. At Ragnar Glamp Koknese one can dream, here it is all about the details. From natural linen textile fabrics that we use till oak wood floors and back to exclusive free standing bath and spa type rain shower rooms with heated floors for your extra comfort. Beds and bedding - foundation of our hotels, so one can enjoy true luxury of calm and relaxed sleep in highest comfort beds, high quality cotton or linen duvets and feather filled blankets. Each one of our guest receives a free beverages compliment. All houses has its own terrace with furniture for leisure pleasures spent with the loved ones and family, eating, drinking and enjoying the nearby nature. Plan the perfect night in, prepare some nice food taken with you, cook and enjoy or order a grill menu from the restaurant. End the night in our high standard boutique hotel house, have a bath or shower and merge into fluffy feather down blankets.

Neighbourhood information

Koknese – wonderful, a bit mysterious but definitely worth to discover. It's a place where two rivers come together so beautifully, creating a romantic background for the ancient Koknese castle ruins. Here you can wander along the River Daugava, following the retreating day. This may be experienced only by the lucky ones taking a walk on the picturesque nature trail that leads through the green park, along river Pērse, castle ruins, cozy Lutheran Church up until beautiful Likteņdārzs. The atmosphere is so lovely, you could not imagine a more delightful place! Winter and snowing? Perfect! Make sure you take your skis with you and enjoy spectacular winter wonderland views here. Create a relaxing gateway or well planned longterm stay, reserve a dinner, book a calming body treatment at a hotel "Divas Upes" Mini SPA or relax in sauna, just make sure to reserve it beforehand at the hotel's reception. We suggest to stroll around the beautifully groomed errands, visit our neighbours "Olalā!" to find best delicacies from quail eggs and meat in Latvia, at the same premises you will find flea shop and most beautiful garden and green house "Lovegarden". What's not to love?
