reception staff ,Amine,Hafssa and Farid were very friendly and helpful,, and happy to help with any queries ,and recommendations.Very central easy to find location, a minute walk away from main square, beautiful ,peaceful interior of hotel, transfers organised to and from airports were easy from hotel ,and so were any other tours we organised. Breakfast had a good choice.

The breakfast was as expected, continental style of fruits yogurt teas etc. A full English is very hard to come by in Marrakesh! The location to the Medina is minutes walk away. Taxis are easily available. Rooftop restaurants are in abundance.

While tucked away in a narrow laneway, our driver found it easily. It has a beautiful interior, complete with an inviting pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only issue was that we had paid 15 Euros cash one evening, for a taxi to take us to the airport the following morning. Upon departing the staff seemed to have no record of us paying, however we didn’t have to pay twice. Lesson learned is to always get a receipt when you pay in cash.

We stayed two nights in Riad Challa and it was amazing, it is a place where you find your soul again, especially sitting by the pool and listening to the birds singing. The stuff was very nice. If you come in the evening you will find Amine in the reception who was really welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. Also check-out was very smooth, thanks to the lovely Hafsa.

Good location- short walk from Saadian Tombs, El Badii Palace, Bahia palace, Jemaa El Fnaa and Souk Semmarine. Comfortable beds. Good temperature and pressure in the shower. A/C in the room. Variety of hot and cold food for breakfast. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Swimming pool. Variety of spa treatments, unfortunately we didn't have time to try them out.

The Riad has a perfect location if you want to be close to Marrakech's biggest attractions. The breakfast on the terrace was very good and the ladies in the kitchen prepared what we asked for without any problem. The heated pool although not large has an amazing charm. The hotel staff is wonderful. Everyone very helpful, courteous. I also recommend massage - the masseuse ladies very nice and professional. For the price, I think the quality and location are in the right ratio.
