The place was amazing- right next to the oceanfront, so could get an empty beach to yourself in the mornings and evenings. Was nice being able to use the beach club, we felt very priviledged living in such a popular area. Noise after 22 is not allowed, so was fairly quiet and good sleep. There were no mosquitoos, ac was working and was not so needed during our stay. Much nicer than staying in a hotel, very relaxing sleeping with fresh air, the showers were cool and had hot water (our hotel later did not have it). Good room cleaning, drinking water, earplugs, towel change. Breakfast was amazing, overall kitchen is of very high quality. We had a last minute problem with our ingoing flight and the hotel agreeded to swap dates, which was such a relief, really thanks to the personell!

Really beautiful location right on an amazing beach, comfortable tent (stayed for two nights which is the perfect amount I think), had a great time snorkeling with a boat nearby, food at the beach club is good and not too overpriced

No compromises — we get a stay that was not only beautiful like a paradise, but also very convenient and pleasant. There is something magical to wake up on a beach, touch the sand and watch the sunrise without any worry for logistics or commuting. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast, restaurant options, drinks — I wouldn't change a bit if I could. Showers are very convenient with all the bath cosmetics included. I simply couldn't ask for more.

The location was AMAZING, can't get better than this if you want to chill on the beach all day. It's e exactly the paradise- like beach you would expect from Riviera Maya. It's also super close to Tulum ruins! The tents were nice, we had really bad weather with wind and heavy on our first night and they held up nicely. Staff was really nice and helpful

When staying as a guest, we could use the beachfront sunloungers without any minimum spend and staff were very courteous and not bothersome - even on check out day. Parking was also taken care of by the staff, which felt like valet service without any expectation of extra fees. This made us happy to tip the staff who go over and beyond without any prompt. Included breakfast was fantastic and covered a range of tastings - very impressed. The standard tents are smaller but closer to the beach than the superior tents, which are larger but closer to the car park and bathrooms.
