It’s ok. Amazing to see Petronas Towers for the first time, but that’s it. Street food could be better. Most famous areas like Bukit Bintang are just luxurious malls. You could be anywhere in the world and you couldn’t notice. Batu Caves are overrated imo - but also very, very dirty.

Great iconic structures like The Twin Towers Petronas, KL Tower to name a few.
Lots of souvenirs to buy.
Kinokunia as a book store was good to buy collectibles.
Aquaria was worth it too with ample under water species on display especially the tunnel.
Transport was easy, infact taxis were not that expensive.
We did try Dodol and Durian, found'em decent !
Amazing experience !

The most beautiful, convenient, halal friendly place ever! If you are in Asia and want to visit a place that is equally modern and have pleasant nature, then KL, and Malaysia in general, is the place for you! The public transportation system is gold!!! It is remarkably diverse too in terms of people, religion and culture!

I have travelled to Malaysia and KL so many times over the years, and have got used to its ways. I always look at KL as being two cities, firstly it is a city of modern skyscrapers with people living and working within the highrise buildings, however, to me it is also a Lampong Village as the locals and tourists eat and relax at the ground level. Transport is good around the city with very little trouble getting to all the tourist sites, Lastly, the range of food from Asian to Western food is well scattered for with Jalan Alor just a short walk from Jalan Bukit Bintang being crowded with Westen and Asian eating together across the range of food outlets.

Kuala Lumpur has great food and with reasonable price, shopping is also great because there is various great and nice shopping malls/centers, major sightseeing places/tourist attractions are not far away from the city center. Its weather is humid hot (hot is normal but it combines with humidity then is different thing)

Was hoping for a good town for kids but PLAYGROUNDS were outdated and not multiage appropriate. We found the Petronius Science Discovery Center to be a great 2.5 hours! Bonus was the grocery store in the Suria KLCC mall (level C) for stocking up on breakfast items. The aquarium was weak and so overall we’ve had better family trips in other cities. Hold on - just remembered the great library at the Islamic Art Museum- super kid friendly and spent 1+ hour there while mom walked thru the museum.
The hotel location of the hotel is great. Twin tower view room offers really nice view on the Petronas twin towers and Suria KLCC including the water show. It is also near to the connecting walkway to Bukit Bintang.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
The staffs are courteous and friendly. However not to the point where they remember your name during your stay unlike other 5 stars franchise hotels. For example for the 3rd visit to the lounge the same staff still needed to ask for my room number and verified in the system.
Great location, 10mins walk from KL Sentral station, monorail, and malls. Close to great restaurants. Can walk to KLCC, China Town, Little India.
Easy to get to from airport via Express Train to KL Sentral.
Good pool for afternoon swim, as half shaded from hot sun.
Air con in each of the 3 rooms.
Mini bar fridge and cooking plates for self catering (but why would you when so many cheap eats around the residence)
Price is very good compared to hotel stays and you get far more space for your money.
it’s suitable for transit - if you need to catch early morning ERL Train or bus to airport, this could be one of your affordable hotel. Located very near to Nu Sentral. Amenities provided are basic - which is okay for my short stay. My room is facing main road & I can hear the noise from outside. if you are bothered by the noise, then this hotel might not be the one for you or you could request a room facing the back.
It was cheap(ish)
For a 3 star hotel, the toilet paper is better than when I was at Pacific Regency which is meant to be a 5 star hotel. So good on you Min Cott for looking after my behind better than a 5 star hotel!
Please don't think of this as a stay away.
It passes and is clean, would be better if they supplied slippers but it is a good place if you are extremely tight on budget
This is a budget hotel, so it should not be compared to a luxury one. That being said, everything worked out perfectly well for me on this trip, the room is big, it was clean, and the service at the reception desk was excellent (thank you for shipping my glasses). Also the location is great, within walking distance to Bukit Bintang and it's bars/restaurants/street food.
Its been several times i stayed here.
Location near Nu Mall and KL sentral is a transportation hub to most of the places. Can reach monorail, bus to Genting and airport easily, express train to and from the airport, Go KL bus, restaurant, laundry and easily get online taxi in front of hotel lobby. Elevator worked properly when i stayed there for 3 nights.
Good prices for those on a budget, because it's acceptably above average clean all around the corridors and rooms toilets as well. Transportation made even simpler ample amounts of choices at KL Sentral station. Food is also easy to get with several cuisines to choose from. You'd want to look into this hotel if seeking for one in the area.
Great location, super friendly staff, very comfortable bed and beautiful views. Loved the gym, rooftop infinity pool (morning swims!) and wine bar! staff were reachable via WhatsApp and reply fast and make sure everything is perfect during your stay. Felt like a 5 star hotel and I couldn't believe the value for money!
Location is in the middle of KLCC and Bukit Bintang. Great customer service from all their hotel staff. Especially reservation team for acknowledging my request for my booking. They also sent a few updates before my stay. Overall the best value you can find for a hotel with KLCC view.
In the heart of Bukit Bintang a modern, funky design hotel for reasonable price. I really liked the round shower area with the colorful spotlight. Very comfy bed. Also liked the black metal furniture style.
Nice roof top with the pool there.
Hotel was clean, and well run. The location is perfect and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Lots of good eating places around and Sentral Mall and airport transport. Would stay again.
This is a budget hotel located on Jln Tun Sambsnthan just opposite Nu Mall and KL Sentral train and bus terminus. Very convenient if you need to shop, eat and get to the airport fast.
unexpected stay 😭 from the outside looks like budget hotel, inside exactly like 5star 😂 I’m working on 5 star hotel and literally can’t compare with this stay 🏄🏻♀️
Overall was great because we booking the hotel at the last minutes and there is the last room available. Understanding that budget hotel with no breakfast provided.
Clean rooms and convenient location close to Sentral Station. It's cheap and one of the better budget hotels I have stayed in my many visits to Kuala Lumpur.
Good location in Bukit Bintang, clean hotel, parking was for free. Appreciate the shift manager Ms. Suzan for her cooperation and problem solving attitude.
