Amazing location just above the Times Square mall with slot of café, restaurants, and shopping areas Walking distance to Bukit Bintang Staff was really helpful although I checked in very late almost after midnight and they were there helping me with everything Rapid response to any request ..special thx to Mr Ahmed It needed an access key for the elevator and we had only one we were 3 adults so this was a little bit challenging it's better if there were more than one access and the unit keys had w numeric password lock rather than a magnet key
