This is a lovely bungalow-style accommodation, surrounded by nature, with a gorgeous swimming pool. It is very close to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool area is amazing and you can swim all the time, the pool is not deep and the water is always warm and inviting. The people at the reception were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay very much.

An amazing experience staying in a tree house! Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated yet very practical. The villa is managed by a very sweet family, Mohamed Faisal and his very kind wife Khadija. They were the most welcoming and caring couple I have met on my travels. Always smiling and ready to help. They rent scooters, organise island hoping trips and offer a laundry service all at very reasonable prices. The swimming pool is perfectly maintained and cleaned daily. Sun loungers with towels are also provided. The tree house is certainly the way to go if you want something different. The bathroom comes with toiletries and there is a kitchenette equipped with fridge, microwave, utensils and tea/coffee making equipment. The room has a big, comfy bed, television and wardrobe.

We stayed two nights in total at Villa Temak in a tree bed bungalow with garden view. We stayed there one night before and one after our stay in Koh Lipe. Both times the room was impeccably clean and had all the facilities we needed (complementary water, coffee, tea etc). The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked very well. Villa Temak was the perfect place to relax before and after the trip to the island. The place is run by a family, who is extremely friendly and kind and even shared some free and delicious snacks with us. The owner built Villa Temak himself and you can tell how much love and attention to detail he put into it. The pool is very clean and the pool area is very comfortable, with sunchairs and umbrellas to use. Villa Temak is located conveniently a short walk from the beach, shops and various restaurants. We will definitely book again next time we are in Langkawi, thank you for a great stay!

This was an exceptional place to stay. The tree villas are amazing, so well done and all built by the owner. It’s tranquil and yet you can easily access places. The beach is very close for perfect sunset and the owners cannot do enough to help you. They brought fruit and calamari such nice touches that show their kindness for guests. There’s a beautiful little pool, I had to myself most of the time. You can rent scooters from them and they are always on hand to answer questions. They even went to get the mum’s kitchen scales to weigh my case for me before I left. This is an exceptional place with exceptional people. The fact they have built this themselves and made it so lovely makes it extra special. 100 percent I would recommend staying here. It was perfect in every way.

Excellent villa, extremely clean and 5* quality accommodation with air conditioning. Great location, a short walk to the town where you will find many places to eat and shop. Also close to local attractions and 20 minutes from the airport. Lovely friendly family who are very helpful, you can also rent a scooter from the owner if you wish to explore the island or easy to order a taxi via the Grab app. There is a clean well kept pool next to the Villas in a quiet location. Would definitely recommend, one of the best places I stayed in Malaysia.

We had an amazing stay in a treehouse at Temak Villas. The place with all the trees and plants is super peaceful and quiet. Really special about this place are the owners and their family. Such lovely, helpful and nice people! The beach is in 10min walking-distance. Breakfast is good in a restaurant around the corner and some dinner possibilities nearby. Since we liked this place so much we spend a lot of time ordering food and relaxing in the small kitchen or at the pool. We really enjoyed our stay and the time here!

Decorated with good taste, the terrace has comfy places to sit and fan, so we could enjoy it anytime. The bed was also comfortable. The location is great, close to good restos and the beach. The hosts are super nice people, always there when needed. They offered small treats, samosas, or fruits, doing their best to make you feel welcome.
