The location was perfect about a 10 - 20 minute walk to everything in each direction. The Tram stop was just down the road and you could walk to Amsterdam Central but the 17 tram was cheap and very easy to use.

This is truly a unique property right in the center of Amsterdam. It's located only 200 meters from the famous Leidseplein. This private hotel will be your perfect base to discover Amsterdam! The area is called the Jordaan, and is one of the best and most authentic areas in Amsterdam, perfect to spend your holiday. All the good things the city has to offer are within walking distance, making it very easy to get around. Any local would recommend you to take a stroll along the canals in the evenings. It's like a dream. The famous Nine Streets (9 Straatjes) are just a 2 min walk away. Here you can find all kinds of smaller boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. Leidsesplein entertainment square is only 300 m away. Elandsgracht, where you can find nice restaurants and supermarkets, is only 2 min walking. Museumplein, the area where you will find for example the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh museum, is a 5 min walk away.
