Property information

This apartment is spread across two floors and located close to the well known Vondelpark and Museum district. Public transport links from and to the apartment are great, and a balcony and bathtub are present for extra convenience. Please note that the building is typical Dutch and contains steep stairs.

Neighbourhood information

This apartment is located on the outskirts of the Central Canal Belt just a 100 metres from Vondelpark and a short distance from Leidseplein and the Museum District. The view from the apartment is that of a wide Canal. Just a short distance from the apartment is the Museum Quarter home to several of the city’s largest museums including the Van Gogh Museum, Rijks Museum and the Stedelijk Museum. The district is also home to the Concert Hall and numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. Vondel Park, the largest park in the city, is just a 100 metre walk away and is the perfect place to relax on a warm afternoon. Leidseplein is close by and is one of Amsterdam’s nightlife hubs filled with bars, cafes, restaurants, nightclubs and live music venues. If you are a beer lover, why not visit the former Heineken Brewery, just a short distance from the apartment and although it no longer brews beer, you can take the tour and learn the history of the brewery and beer itself. This apartment is located in the perfect position, with numerous attractions within walking distance, and public transport links available for those places not reachable on foot.
