beds were really comfy, staff were super friendly and attentive, really nice chilled vibe in reception/seating. bus/tram was pretty much on the door step, we got a bus straight from the airport and back. The tram into Amsterdam takes about 30/ 35 mins. Also a safe in the room for passports etc.

Sloterplas recreation area and Meervaart theatre are a 5-minute walk away. There is also a recently opened food court with international cafés and restaurants nearby. Lelylaan station is a 10-minute tram ride away, from where you can travel directly to Schiphol Airport and the RAI Convention Centre. Schiphol is a 14-minute drive from Citiez and parking can be done in the adjacent secured parking garage which offers free car park for hotel guests.
