it is a perfect location for us (family closeby)and we do like this hotel. The staff (gentleman ) was so helpful to us on arrival, it made our stay extra special, thank you. We have stayed a few times at this hotel and all the staff are exceptional, Shower in room works very well with two way shower system, bathroom & room spotless. No problem getting extra pillows at night time, had them in a few minutes, safety deposit box in room is perfect.

Hotel Heye 130 met all of our needs. It was at a walkable distance from Vondelpark and city center, the heating system was working well and there was a 24h reception. The room was exactly as in the pictures. Amazing cost-benefit.

The hotel pleasantly surprised us. The room was much cooler and nicer than we thought. Our room didn't look like the pictures we saw, but it suited us much better. Not pink wallpaper, but black - perfect. I recommend renting a bike for all the days you'll spend in Amsterdam. Any point in the city can be reached very quickly and easily. Bicycle parking spaces are available at the hotel. Friendly staff.

It was exactly what mentioned. It’s not 5* but there was everything we needed. Extra pillow and duvet were no problem. The bed is very comfy and the location perfect if you don’t want to be in the center. We love the neighborhood in old West. Staff very friendly.

- Staff were super friendly and made sure my stay was as comfy and convenient as possible, and were always available 24/7. - Located in an amazing neighbourhood in Amsterdam that fosters a strong community. - Location is nearby two lines of the trams to get around (1 for Museum district and 13 for Amsterdam Centraal). Most of the time I just walked because the area is so great.
