Great location to explore the rest of Texel. Very nice & helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and generous. But, the interior needs a little bit of update. However, our room was clean and comfortable.

If you want to be active, rent a bicycle or play a game of jeu de boules. De Waal is one of the oldest villages in the heart of Texel. You can explore this historic village with its Agricultural and Carriage Museum and the art gallery situated in the former priests residence. You can also make long walks through the dunes or on the beach.
