The breakfast was excellent and available for a relatively long time so we could please ourselves when to eat. The hotel location was perfect for our purposes which were mainly to visit the galleries, concert hall, market and shops (the Nine Streets are just a short walk). The room was clean and very quiet.

This is my second time in Amsterdam but first time in this hotel. I fell in love with the friendliness of the staff, especially Elroy. He showed us typical places to eat, where to take public transport and many other tips, he really helped us make our holidays fun and easy. When the welcome is of this type the hotel is rated 5 stars. There are stairs for those who have difficulty with suitcases especially is heavy but even in this case the fantastic Elroy helped us without even asking. The room was spacious and with a small garden outside, the bathroom was comfortable and with a welcome gift in the room. Definitely recommended.

Very cute hotel, we had a room on ground floor with a nice terrace. We couldn't use the terrace due to the bad weather, but still quite a nice addition if the weather is good.

The location was perfect for us. Nice quiet area away from the crazies but a good walking distance to the museums and centrum. Staff and coffee were brilliant. The room size was amazing and we had a nice balcony which turned put to be great for bird watching. I would probably stay here again :) We recommend Dignita for breakfast/brunch.

Bed was very comfy and room was very clean. Staff were fantastic very very kind and accommodating. Transport into the main city was 5 min and the walk was very nice also. Close to the museum district.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was well heated (visited in December). Lovely staff from check in to check out - coffee machine downstairs was an extra touch. Lovely location as slightly out of the centre but easily accessible by tram.

The room was nice, clean, and pleasantly warm. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. The location is not exactly central, but there is a train station nearby, making it easy and fast to reach the city center. Additionally, the train route passes through almost all popular neighborhoods.

The location is amazing, right next to Vondelpark and a 2 minute walk from the number 2 tram stop. I booked the ground floor room for my pensioner relatives and they were very grateful to avoid the steep stairs up to the first floor. Our room was directly above theirs and had a large terrace. The rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfy. Tea and coffee in the room and free from downstairs in the reception/dining area (where we enjoyed a couple of takeaway dinners). The shower was great and our room also had a bath. TV worked 100%. What topped the stay off was the people working there. They couldn't have been more friendly or helpful and we felt really welcome there. I've stayed in lots of hotels in Amsterdam over the years but now I know about this place I don't think I'll stay anywhere else when I return, it was really really good.

Staff were super friendly, they went the extra mile by providing us with a card, ornament and bottle of wine as it was our 10 year anniversary! The location is very good too, only 2 minutes from the nearest tram stop! All good!
