We have a self contained studio room with its own private bathroom available for short stays not available for full time tenant. Owners do live upstairs It’s a sunny retreat containing no kitchen but has a coffee / tea facility, fridge and microwave. It has its own private entrance with a self check in using a keypad front door lock. This charming studio room provides the essentials of comfort surrounded by the peaceful bush outlook with the convenience of being a 5 minute drive to Lower Hutt city and a 20 minute drive to Wellington city, its a great commuters location as its only a 10 minute walk down to Melling train station and a 20 minute walk to Queensgate shopping centre. AMENITIES: 1 x Queen Size Bed 43” inch TV Free WiFi Netflix Sky Channel on Request Heat pump Jug Fridge Microwave Off street parking on the Car pad Note: can also supply a continental breakfast including cereal / fruit / yoghurt/and milk.
