We booked family room with no lakeview for 1 night. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. During checkin they gave us complimentary drink vouchers, which was a surprise to us. Lot of food varieties for breakfast and it was too good. Hotel has lot of other facilities like spa, sauna..., but we didnt had time to utilize it. Overall we had very good experience. For onsite overnight parking they charged us 15NZD extra.
