This two story ouse boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms with a panoramic ocean view in EVERY room; it can slepp 10 comfortably. Blending rustic elegance with luxury and comfort, it features a soaring high ceiling with wood panels, a wood burning firepalce, a galss enclosed dinning room, a large open modern kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large wooden deck and watch the glorious sunrise over the ocean, gather at the outdoor table for a family meal to the sound of ocean and birds, and let the sound of waves rock you to sleep. This house is a dream come true and a pecfect home base to explore Orewa and the surrounding areas. The house is a 5 minute walk to Orewa beach through a walkway path, a 2 minute drive to Orewa town centre, a 8 minute drive to thermal spring, 20 minute drive to several Regional parks and wineries.
