We appreciated warm swimming pool, location in quiet area. Rooms are big and there is very big garden. House is clean.

Close to Nizwa old center, 15 minute walk by a quite street with taylor shop and mosques. It's a beautiful big omanite home with 4 rooms for guest a quite garden with a warm swimming pool. You can find private parking spaces ( we have a big suv and we park without problem) a big kitchen if you want to have your dinner by yourself and a large sofa area to relax. The owner is kind and send you all you need by wathapp before arrive and give you info about sorronding areas. Stay here far from Niwza traffic in a silent green area.

The hostel is very well placed. Close enough to walk to the city centre without the need to try and navigate your car in the narrow aisles of the old city. The location is exactly as shown in pictures. The owners are very nice and helpful even if you do not meet at the site, they are always there to help you with anything you need (at least online). The room with a garden view is super spacious and very pleasant. We were traveling in January and did not need to turn on the AC as the room was in a great temperature all the time. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend it. Hospitality, facilities, location. All you will appreciate during your stay in Nizwa.

Very large and comfortable room, very large and comfortable common areas and facilities. Location a bit far from the centre & restaurants, but very quiet. If you're there by car, that won't be an issue.

This is a wonderful property and I would recommend to anyone travelling, especially families or group of friends. Lovely outdoor area with pool, terrace, outdoor kitchen, sun chairs, games for children. It felt like we had the house to ourselves. The place also offers a kitchen so you can eat there (note that they don’t offer breakfast) and there is also a washing machine if you need to wash some clothes during your trip which is always practical. Room was very spacious and bed comfortable. Location is very safe and quiet just moments away from Nizwa centre. We did not walk to the city centre but found it very easy to park our car next to the souk.

The property feels like someone's home, which was really nice. The garden was large and our room has a small terrace with access to the large garden, where you can access the swimming pool at the far end of the garden, or make a BBQ if you wish. There is also laundry facilities on site if you need to catch up on your laundry. The palm trees and setting of the garden was very relaxing. The hotel has on site parking, and luckily it is at an area of Nizwa that sits before the small winding streets which can be a bit of annoyance to navigate an SUV when other SUVs come from the opposite direction. So being outside the small street areas of Nizwa, makes this hotel a gem. It's about 20 min walk to Nizwa Souq and it's a very enjoyable walk and totally safe. It saves us the hassle of having to find parking in the busy Souq area or the busy Nizwa fort area.

The room and common areas (including a beautiful garden) were very cosy and nicely decorated. A big plus is the fact that we were able to do a washing machine at the premises of the hostel. The place is close to the Nizwa old fort/centre which is very lively during the evening.
