Jenna and Michele were superb hosts, and went out of their way to assist with some travelling difficulties I was experiencing. Warm, relaxed and decent people. Room / suite was spotless, and is spacious.
Note that the location is a bit out of the way, although not far from the Faa'a Airport, and the taxi driver had trouble finding it. Will ordinarily need to taxi / drive to restaurants for dinner.
Juice, water, tea, and coffee are provided. Breakfast and other meals are not.

The owner was very responsive. Pickup/drop-off at the airport. Facilities are quaint, pretty, and comfortable. Room was just what we needed for our short stay. Close to the airport, yet feels like it's own oasis.

We only stayed for one night before flying home. It was a lovely spacious apartment to be able to chill, we had read the reviews about location so we bought food first. Communication with the host was easy, and he kindly picked us up from the ferry (for a fee) and arranged a taxi for us for the following morning to get to the airport. Faaa itself is OK.
Faaa itself is OK. It's the Royal room in the hills tgat was problematic.The room is not really as described. Seems it's run by someone else than the owner, possibly absentee house owner. Many people come and go from the Royal. One group came for a visit and occupied the terrace. They were polite and quiet but smoked, so no joining for us. The house cleaness is questionable and it appears there is more lodgers than the one the who sleep in the loft. Living room dingy with curtains closed and sofa. Underfurnished. The bedding feels cheap and polyester-like. Parking is a total headache on a narrow ledge. Finally someone came to move own car but with another motorcycle in the small place that was hardly useful. Dog poo was there, easy to step in. It's close to airport but there are nicer places to stay than here. Valley location was nice. Otherwise do not recommend this place. As to airport facility, it was easy to park a car at longterm to jump to another island for 2 days.1100AaCanada - 10Scored 10

Faaa is the gateway to French Polynesia. It is a beautiful city capturing the culture of Tahiti. I visited several markets while there and was impressed by the local pearl, oils for the skin and fruit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Tahiti! Many mosquitoes in Tahiti…bring repellent! The hosts have mosquito repellent coils lit in the open common area and it helps. A small main gathering area for breakfast, share use of regular size fridge for leftovers, grocery store food, etc. A water machine to refill your own water bottle, coffee maker, hot tea pitcher, microwave, stove, etc all in common area & shared if you’d like to cook own meals. It is convenient for a short stay before a flight but also ideal for longer stays to explore Tahiti island and nearby Moorea. Nina is a wonderful host who helped us take advantage of our short stay and tell us about life in Tahiti, as a local would. The private room is very comfortable, quiet and we slept very well. Nina can arrange to pick you up at the airport, and we really appreciated this option. We loved it here and would come back!

Those are the two main reasons I booked this place. The host was very accommodating. She helped me organise a taxi to the airport and the instructions for using the accomodation were easy to follow. It is very close to the airport. An easy, safe and flat 15 min walk if you don’t have a lot of luggage. It is a basic property. But it has all you need to function.

Impeccably clean, about 5-7 minutes from the airport and 8-10 minutes from city center, ideally located if staying for a night or two. Need to have a car or the owners can help you for a small fee. But it is better to have a car for getting around. Big apartment with everything you might need, one big living room with fully equipped kitchen, and one separate bedroom. Nice terrace. They were incredibly kind to me when I was stranded in Tahiti due to unseasonal flooding which closed the airport in New Zealand.
