The most welcome like was the service by the staff at allegro, ( specially during the Wednesday buffet dinner, where I brought my elderly parents and some other family members in) the main pool guard, the bellboy, the crew on the seaside for jet skis and other activities, The most hated we had was during check in ...where Theressa at reception was rude, unhelpful, the tune of her voice is so UNWELLING to help the guest. Easy access to the beach with a well cordoned large swimming area in the calm sea. It is about 15km (or 35-40 mins) from the International Airport and 7km (25-30 mins) from the Industrial Park. Rooms are with comfortable size and well-pressured water in bath. Good varieties of food for breakfast.

Two "Infinity-pools", private beach, great breakfast, a sense of relaxation everywhere. ALl the staff is super nice and helpful, and they even have a private car that can drive guests to closer places of Mactan. On top of that, John Mark, the concierge was always willing to help us out and was a great help.
