I can't fault this place which is very unlike me to give somewhere a perfect score. It was very spacious. The bathroom was spacious and had a divider between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. It had Netflix which isn't a huge priority as I was on holidays anyway but I'm an Aussie that can't understand tv full of Tagalog. The bed was comfy. What did surprise me is one thing that I'd expect to see at a hotel. The place had a few cans of beer and a few cans of soft drink in the fridge. They also provided a packet of chips and a few other snacks. As per usual though they aren't free but the items were supermarket priced. A grab is about 160 peso to SM Makati or Burgos Street where there is a excellent bar called Cafe Cubano with good inexpensive food and good live bands every night. It was quite obvious that the owners had really done their homework in knowing how to make a customer feel comfortable.

The caretaker is nice. You can message them during the day until 10pm. The price is cheap. It looks clean and has basic amenities including fridge.

I like the room, it has fast wifi connection, airconditioned room, mini ref, smart tv with netflix account already signed in, electric fan, heater in bathroom, extra towels and slippers, microwave, plates, glass, cups, utensils, water heater, even with 2 trash bins. Its so comfortable to stay in.
