Great location. The rooms were clean, comfortable, facilitated and the staff was amazing. Everything was just perfect, the food was absolutely delicious. We went to the rooftop and had amazing time. The view, atmosphere and service were great and the kids really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this swat Hill View resort for international and Pakistani visitors. Would definitely stay there again.

I absolutely love the view! It's the best thing about this place, hands down. If I were to recommend it to someone, that would be my top reason. And let me tell you, the room was spotless and had all the essential amenities. Plus, there's this huge terrace with another section that's been designed perfectly for enjoying an exquisite view of the entire city. But you know what really made my stay exceptional? The owner of the place and even his workers as well. He was incredibly warm and laid-back. I never once felt like he is a stranger because he treated me as if I was most loyal customer since ages and that was the first time i met him. Hats off to you, my friend. Excellent place for families, spacious rooms with outstanding cleanliness. Kitchen and lounge included which makes it just like home. My kids were especially very happy during their stay here. Very friendly and accomodating owner along with hospitable staff. To top it off, the building provides a panoramic view of the whole swat valley. Highly recommended.

The view was exceptional and on top of that the service was so good that it made us feel like home. The owner him self picked and dropped us from the car park at the bottom of the property to the hotel. The breakfast was really good. Of you’re looking for a place like home then this is the one. The view from the terrace on the rooftop is amazing and the sitting area is really nice and comfortable.
