Really friendly staff, especially Elena and Miguel, all of them looked after us, room cleaned every day, coffee and large bottle of water everyday, recommendations for eating and transport options. Despite proximity to Barrio Alto the street was quiet.

In one word: perfect, 10/10. In more detail: as a woman traveling alone, I needed a safe and quiet place to stay in Lisbon; here I found that and much more. Excellent location (in Bairro Alto, near Chiado, yet in a calm and peaceful quarter); the room was neat, cozy, and immaculately clean (the same about the bathroom); the linens and towels were fresh; having a fridge and a kettle was very handy. Attention, fellow smokers: yes, there _are_ designated smoking areas in the hotel, but make sure to clarify in advance whether your room has one or not - and please keep the process as safe as possible:))) And, what's most important, the staff was so friendly, kind, and helpful that I really felt at home, and the welcome note from Miguel was so heartwarming. Room small but satisfactory Location;- bit hilly but you get use to it. Clean:- very clean. Host:- Miguel was exceptional very friendly and all the staff could not have been better, really made a very good holiday. I was provided with a city map and all the necessary directions.

Exceptional staff, really attentive, always with a smile and doing their best to make us feel at home and ensure we enjoy our stay in Lisbon. They made our stay really memorable. The hotel is right at the edge of Bairro Alto, meaning easy access to restaurants and night-life, but the street where it's located is thankfully quieter. Even on Friday and Saturday, we were not really disturbed by the noise. The room itself was well-equipped, with a little wardrobe, a safe, a kettle for tea, a TV with decent variety of channels and a little balcony seeing over a cute backyard. The windows closed well and had good shutters for the sun. The bathroom was also clean, and the shower worked well.
