Launched in 2009, with then one building, it has been expanding in a fast and sustainable way offering now more than 150 apartments in the center of Lisbon, soon to reach 300 in 20 buildings after the successful implementation of the ongoing expansion plan. Since we do not own any of the buildings all our attention is focused on the management of third parties’ buildings, which gives our investors and partners an added guarantee of professionalism and independence, has is stated by our portfolio of large institutional investors as well as small investors (who only have one apartment) . All apartments are in buildings 100% allocated to the services of Lisbon Serviced Apartments, without the risk of finding the inconvenience of sharing buildings between owner occupiers and tenants. All accommodations include a daily maid service, linen and bath and the Internet without additional charge to users.

Maintaining its initial characteristics, the building was completely restored and offers enchanting apartments ranging from studios to 2 bedroom apartments. The apartments have all the amenities: fully equipped kitchens, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and free Wi-Fi. Daily cleaning service as well as replacement of consumables and laundry. Given that its a small building in a historical area, access to floors is made in the traditional manner, by the stairs. We ask all our guests to experience the delights of living in typical Lisbon surroundings. Transport: Subway (Martim Moniz) 5 minutes; 28 tram 3 minutes

Experience the lively, bustling city and multifaceted lifestyle, with its historical and renewed surroundings, behold the Castelo e a Praça do Martim Moniz (initial and destination stop of the famous tram 28), located in the Lisbon Serviced Apartments - São Jorge Castle. The Escadinhas da Saude, right in front of the building, provide a direct link between the typical Mouraria neighbourhood and the lower area of Martim Moniz; where one encounters a different aspect of city life, where the alternative is its multicultural environment. The "Street Food" from several continents can be savoured right there in the "Mercado de Fusão", in small terraces and shopping for Asian products in the surrounding area. Going a bit towards the north, some 800 meters, is the recently converted Largo do Intendante; once the "least desirable" of places to visit, it is now refurbished into afashionable venue for events and cultural activities. Just 400 meters from Baixa and Chiado just immediately above, it offers a short walk to the most sophisticated shopping area in the most central part of Lisbon. The muralha do Castelo, directly behind, is just a 3-minute walk away.
