The apartment has a perfect balance between location and accessibility as it is located in a quiet area and away from the usual hustle and bustle of the city of Lisbon, but a few minutes from its center (10 minutes by ferry). Simple, comfortable and with facilities, the apartment also has a nice view over the Tagus River). The apartment is on the 2nd floor, which is also the top floor. No elevator. There are car parks very close by (the nearest is 220 meters away)
Pedro Frias is the owner and Elsa is the property manager. Elsa loves to travel and have a lot of experience hosting tourists in local accommodations. For them, receiving people is more than an activity, it is a passion.
TEJO HOUSE RIVER Lisbon (Cacilhas) is located in Almada, Setúbal, Portugal. It is located in a very quiet place and at 100 meters on the parallel street there is a pedestrian street full of good restaurants where you can taste, as well as other good meat options, good fish and fresh seafood. In the surrounding area you can also enjoy small markets and cafes. Just 1 minute from the house and next to the TEJO HOUSE RIVER , in addition to being able to catch the ferry to Lisbon, there are all the necessary transport (underground and buses) to explore the south , including the famous beaches of Costa da Caparica. From Cais do Sodré, you will find all of transports, such as Train's (Cascais, Sintra, Porto, Algarve and all other Areas of Portugal); Metro of Lisboa (To Airport)Take the Electrico Bus to the city center and find the buses to all the important places of Lisbon.
