Perfect location to explore the old district of Alfama. It was walking distance to Rossi station with convenient train service to Sintra, and Fado music was offered in the evenings by restaurants all around the area. The apartment itself had a comfy bed, kitchen, and windows overlooking the square. Our host, Margarida, was incredibly helpful and kind. She had some treats waiting for us when we arrived. She provided us with information and recommendations, and she messaged us throughout our stay to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Everything is perfect, the flat is in good size with full kitchen and washing machine. Located in the centre of Alfama meaning you can walk to most places in 20 mins (uphills and downhills of course). The host is just amazing, provided a lot of local information.

Well firstly, Margarida was exceptional. She was there to greet us with a lovely demeanour. She had laid out so many snacks and drinks for us! More coffee than you could ever need! She messaged us throughout with recommendations and every recommendation she had was amazing!! She recommended some really great spots. The place was spotless, it had every amenity you could think of and Margarida thought of absolutely everything you would need for a stay! The bed was comfortable and the space was made us feel right at home. The Location was superb, it was lively but if you wanted quiet the windows were sound proof! It was an incredible atmosphere. Later into our stay, Margarida left a bottle of wine, chocolate and a postcard for us…such a kind gesture. She really went above and beyond!! I cannot wait to come back to Lisbon and i will absolutely stay here when i do!!

The apartment was centrally located in Alfama and provided easy walking access to explore the beautiful and historic community. It is cozy and perfect for 2 with all the amenities you would require, including 2 fan units. Our hostess Margarida was exceptional and provided us with excellent restaurant, tourist destination and shopping recommendations.

You are really in the centre of everything at this property and we had a great 4 night stay. Margarita, our hostess, was one of the best Booking.com owners that we have ever experienced! She was excellent with the pre-arrival communication, stocking & cleanliness of the apartment and very kind and friendly. She gladly offered several excellent restaurant recommendations and sights to see. She left donuts at our door, the day we departed.The neighborhood was fantastic but hilly. Location was walkable to most major sights and a blast to explore. People were very friendly. We will return and highly recommend. The apartment is not truly air-conditioned, but we used a fan and water type cooler to comfortable effect. Thanks!

Location of this flat was fantastic right in the middle of Alfama. Margarida was a great host who met us at the door and left snacks, a beer and coffee pods for the next morning. We were given extensive recommendations on places to eat, drink & visit which was lovely as we were in Lisbon for a short time for a wedding so had limited time. She also allowed us to have access to the flat on check out day when our flight was severely delayed which was super useful and kind of her (Even bringing around cakes before we left!) Would highly recommend this apartment for a weekend stay in Lisbon
