“Volga” apart-hotel’s employees are really professional in hospitality. Most of them have the diploma of higher education in tourism or hotel business. Front Desk and Sales department employees speak English fluently and know computer office programs; they are open for communication and easy-trained in any innovations. Apart-hotel employees are fond in sport actively and have many interesting hobbies such as dancing, movies, bicycle, skating and others. Our people are full of hospitality, they are always ready to help in any questions and situations. We are careful in corporate relations inside the company, polite and attentive to each other; we celebrate holidays and spend rest time together. Of course, it helps us to learn our colleagues better and never feel bored.

Apart-hotel “Volga” was built in 1976 for embassies employees accommodation. It was completely renovated in 2008. Nowadays "Volga“ is a high-class hotel well designed for long-term residence, where you can feel home comfort and high- level hotel service. Apart-hotel “Volga” is an active member of exhibition and fair organizations Guild of Moscow Commerce and Industry Chamber; prizewinner of the annual award "Crystal Castle" in the field of hotel development in Moscow in nomination "Leader in the development of effective multifunctional hotel enterprise - apartment hotel in 2008" and "Best apart-hotel in 2009",also a member of Russian hotel Association and Moscow hotel Association. Also it is the prizewinner of the National Tourism award of Yuri Senkevich in 2010 and the International award “Travel Industry Leaders” in nomination “Service Quality – apart-hotel” in 2013 and “Best apart-hotel of the year” in 2015.

Apart-hotel "Volga" is located in the business and city commercial centre of Moscow, in a quiet green lane in walking distance from the metro station “Sukharevskaya” and 3 railway terminals area – Kazansky, Yaroslavsky and Leningradsky, near the main transport highway “Garden Ring Road” and in immediate proximity from the historical center of the capital: the Red Square and the Kremlin. You could get the cultural and Exhibition centres – “Manezh” “Gostiny Dvor” in 10-15 minutes by walk. It takes only 20 minutes to get from the hotel to the exhibition centre VDNH and the Main Botanical Garden.
