The people working here are awesome! They are so helpful and friendly! The owner, Michael, is also awesome and one of the only Rwandese hotel owners in the area. The views from the premise are also beautiful. Definitely recommend staying here!

The staff was amazing: we enjoyed a wonderful afternoon playing igisoro with the staff, with incredible views on the volcanoes. We had a very good breakfast at 6am, as we asked. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the rooms were quite simple, not a place to go if you're looking for a very comfy room.

Wow wow wow… can I also give 100 stars? A very Cousy but basic place to stay at the Vulcanos Nationalpark! However the best thing about the Vulcanoes view guest house is the staff. No wish is to big and everything is made possible! For example they carried the table, chairs and food on to a field. I never had dinner with such an amazing view!! So I just can recommend to stay here.

Our experience was very good the breakfast was amazing , we enjoyed alot during our 1 night stay here , Great ambiance and staff is very good at their responsibilities and looks very well trained and kind ! My mind fails me to recognize the names of everyone there but it stay strong to highlight Michael the respectiful and polite manager , Pascal , Litha & Sam , i deeply wish the the best ! The staff of this place were so friendly and helpful , they made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable special Michael the manager , Litha the chief , Pascal & Jean Damour the guides , They are very helping ! The rooms were simple but spacious , clean and well maintained . the location was perfect close to Volcanoes national park which was our destination so the location of the place make the trip easy due to how close it is just deep in the destination , so if you having same trip like me just Hiking Bisoke and visiting gorillas this is the nice place for you to stay ! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options ! With no hesitation come and enjoy the place yourself and you will thank me later Rwanda is amazing

This my second time staying at this place , again the made it ! The high quality of services and attention to details remains. the staff is amazing , the rooms are comfortable and immaculate , last time staying here everything was simple but basic and now we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere other than Under Volcanoes View in Rwanda ! Other thing to highlight is how amazing is the manager Michael , he is always ready to help you from the time you book until the check out time and it does not end there but he keep following up to make sure that everything went well either on your staying as well as after the staying i would definitely give this place 5 stars and i will come back again and again

It is hard to believe that this small , quite place can get something perfect like what they did ! The staff , the location ,the view and the food are amazing ! The manager Michael pretty much do his best to accommodate any request to make sure your stay is best . Rwanda itself is amazing country starting from the culture , nature and people ! this place is also having Volcanoes Over View Safaris which is a safaris and tours department , our Tours from Game driving in Akagera national park and to Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes national park were all planned by Volcanoes Over View Safaris and it was an endless experience we can recommend ! we appreciate all the services and looking forward to coming back in the coming year and bring our family to see gorillas in Rwanda !
