The staff were friendly, helpful and laid back. Tea and coffee was available 24/7 in a comfortable lounge area and there was a nice bar with live music twice a week. The hotel was very close to a T-metro station and bus stops. There were plenty of eateries within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food.
