The location is really good and the room is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. The room is pretty small, so it would be a struggle for a taller person. The electronic key app is a bit annoying, but I think they are working on the issues with that. There are useful things in the room like kettle, microwave, mini fridge and crockery/cutlery. It's a five minute walk to the bus station, 10 minute walk to a big mall, and there are plenty of places to eat, shop, explore on the doorstep. The staff Kalvin, Jarwen and Shannen were extremely helpful, kind and friendly and made the stay really easy. They are very quick to respond to any query or issue that you have! I would stay again because of that.

1) Very attentive chat customer service via WhatsApp, they reply to my enquiries almost immediately at any time of the day. 2) Very accommodating and nice staff. They're always warm and would go the extra mile to help you solve your problems in a timely manner. Very detailed instructions were shardd with video and picture guidance. 3) Room is very complete with everything you might need. The facilities is really above and beyond what is usually provided at a hotel. - They provide cooker, kitchen utensils, and microwave. You can definitely cook a proper meal in the room. - They even have washing machine and laundry dryer free for use, complete with laundry powder provided in the room. The fact that they control the hours of the washing machines and dryers also shows real thoughtfulness.

They were really good. They talked about how I would get from the airport. The room is very ideal for accommodation. It had everything, including hair dryer, kettle, refrigerator, shampoo and towels. Shannen, jarwin and lyla I messaged them all and they helped me 24/7. They were all very good. The location is very close to places to visit. It was safe. You can choose with peace of mind.

Really close to the city centre, in the Arab neighbourhood, next to the mosque. Metro station within 7 minutes walk and the area fest quite safe. If you're a fan of Turkish cuisine, this is the spot. And if you want to go out, there is a very hip street with plenty of pubs 3 minutes away.
