Used Blu Monkey for a one night stay between a longer journey. It was a really clean, modern hotel. The room had great AC, comfy beds, a good workspace. The bathroom is really spacious with large shower. We didn't mind the thin door between the room and the bathroom but it might be a bit weird if you're staying with someone other than a partner.

This is a world class modern design hotel. The details are excellent and quirky. The use of space is very smart. We loved everything about it. They have complementary cold water, tea and coffee, biscuits, fruits, juices etc behind the reception, which add a bit extra to the hospitality. Its a nice gesture. They have a Bakery and coffee shop called Good cafe within the premises, which has excellent cakes. We tried a coconut cake, expecting it to be average and were blow away by how fluffy, decadent and non sugary it was. The overall experience was superb. The hotel is located close to the evening street food market which comes alive in the evenings. A place where it seems all of surat thani hangs out.

Convenient for bikers having a one night stay. Room was comfortable and bed was enormous and comfortable! Staff at reception efficient and friendly. Cake shop was nice and the social area with complimentary coffee and soft drinks was very nice.

The most comfortable bed I had since in Thailand. Breakfast has lots of options (Asian and European too), coffee is great, they offer complimentary coffee, juice, tea and banana all day. The room is really nice and comfortable, AC has silent mode for the night.

Surat thani is such a transfer point when you travel through Thailand, but it can surprise you. The night market was probably the most beautiful of all that we saw. Blue Monkey offered a very pleasant place to relax. Late check-in, pleasant service, clean modern room, very comfortable high mattresses, clean bathroom, air conditioning and safe in the room. The breakfast was also excellent.

Very clean, big bed, good price, free coffee, bananas and cookies, kind staff. And also the building is new and pretty well insulated which means you won’t need the bc it’s not that hot inside.
