We had a very pleasant stay here with our two small children. The hotel is located in a quiet place. But near the sky train. The staff are incredibly sweet and helpful. In the afternoon, in the heat of the day, we went for a swim on the roof terrace. It's not a big pool but it's great to cool off. Breakfast is nice and so are the cocktails :)

Great design, rooms are spacious, staff were friendly and provided amazing service. Breakfast was great with very good cafe coffee. The bar at night, with its promotion for in-house guest made the stay perfect!

The moment we stepped inside Karaarom, it felt like an oasis of calm. The property is beautifully styled and very relaxing. It's a small property and the staff are very gentle and welcoming. The restaurant was incredible and we dined here every day we stayed. It's a short walk to a BTS stop and it's one stop away from fabulous shopping malls. We chose the location for ease of access to the Erawan Museum and the malls (for our final shop before heading home). With a spa just around the corner, we were delighted to get one last massage in on the day of our departure.

karaarom has immediately become a favourite. newly built in a perfect neighbourhood (few steps away from the BTS station but yet very quiet), it features cool simple design and well thought amenities. complimentary breakfast is abundant and delicious. staff are very welcoming. it like a home away from home ! have recommended to our friends and will come back ourselves as soon as we get the chance !

The hotel is located within 5 min walk from the BTS. Breakfast options are lovely, all standard options such as cereal, salad, bread etc. are the same every day but there is also a small section for Thai breakfast which changes every day. The room is clean and well-decorated, with a very comfy bed. Overall, a very lovely stay.

Everything is perfect and above expectations! Breakfast is super delicious with combination of western food and Thai food. Staff are very very nice and helpful and especially Naam is the best :) Location is great with access to restaurants and stores.

Love the cosy setting of the hotel, it really felt like home. My husband and I tend to have a longer stay in Bangkok so we can enjoy the city at a slower pace. Karaarom is intimate and quiet, away from the bustling main road while still being conveniently located near Thong Lo BTS station. LOVE the scent of the shower gels, would have bought one for home if our luggage wasn’t bursting the seams.
