We had the pool access room. I got it mostly for the kids so they could swim when the main pool was closed. We didn't use it as much as we thought. We were out late most days and the kids were pooped when we got home. The room was amazing. Very clean with all the little bits like slippers and robes. We did have to ask for 2 extra of everything like robes and water. This was an easy fix but we did have to remind them about the water several times which can just be annoying but not overly bothersome. Aircon was great and super cold. Shower pressure was good and the bath was a nice touch. The water did come out a little on the brown side so just keep that in mind. We didn't eat there at all as we enjoyed meals down the beach most days. Drinks and food was more expensive but you do expect that being an upmarket hotel chain. Wifi worked well for us but did hear others complain. we were more towards the front of the hotel.

All rooms are pool facing which adds to the great view for well maintained and spacious room. Very close to beach and has great accessibility. Enjoyed stay with family.

Literally everything. Our pool access room was so convenient and relaxing. We used the spa and mini mart so much! The beach being just down the road is so convenient. All the staff are so lovely and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! The best breakfast I’ve had in my life.
