All the staff were exceptional - very efficient and friendly. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice. Some really lovely touches of daily notes and little gifts gives it such a personal touch. The room designs and reception are beautifully done. If I’m lucky enough to return to Bangkok I would stay here again.

The hotel is absolutely charming and unique. The check-in experience was smoother and more personable than at large, international hotels, with very welcoming and accommodating staff. The room was delightfully furnished and comfortable. It offered a lot of local character, which made it feel more like a home than a hotel. The outdoor bathtub and small garden/patio and the vanity area were wonderful bonuses. The photos are perfectly accurate. Breakfast was very tasty and varied, with a few complimentary items thrown in. It was clear from every aspect that the staff wanted to make our stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. The Grand Royal Palace, river and canal boat stops, and restaurants are within easy reach of the hotel by tuk-tuk, which the staff found for us. Jason and Moss, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Decór was visually inviting. An incredibly unique look from many, if not most of the places we've stayed around the world. Staff were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we entered through the door. No rush. Just an offer to sit, breathe and enjoy a cold glass of lemon ice tea. On top of that, bilingual and super proficient. They were kind and accommodating and provided the finest touches. Night bike tour was a free couple of hours cycling through Bangkok with a great guide who knew the city and its history. Grateful for the fact that this was a free service and a richly informative and fun experience.
