In terms of comfort, staff helpfulness and warm and calming decor this hotel goes an order of magnitude above any 5 star hotel in Bangkok I know. A spacious room with pleasant lightning, gentle and quiet a/c, beautiful and well equipped bathroom full of mirrors. Superbly quiet, which for me is the most important - even with the hotel fully booked, a wedding party and room windows opening to the inner courtyard, nothing to complain about after 23 hours. And zero noise from other rooms or corridor. Maybe only the beds and room service food were "just average 5 star" :-) But really, the gem of this hotel is the staff. And that is by Thai standards.

This was the best hotel I ever stayed in. From the location, staff, experience,... everything was just perfect. They probably had the best breakfast selection, anything you can think of they have it. staff is super nice. We traveled for our anniversary and they were so kind to decorate our bedroom with rose petals, filled our bath and offered a great handmade chocolate and cake as a surprise to us. They have a nice swimming pool, and te spa looks beautiful. We are definitely returning to this hotel.
